EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE
Our goal is to support employees and their families in all areas of their life. We offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all full-time and part-time employees, their spouses/domestic partners and dependents under the age of 26. Our EAP is confidential and available 24/7.

Hydroponic Farm
We invested in a hydroponic farm to grow nutrient dense food right on our Madison campus to limit the food miles and reduce employee facing food costs.
